Matt McNamara serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. He has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, providing audit and advisory services to business owners, executives, and boards of directors.
Before founding Assurance Dimensions in 2008, Matt had an extensive career at two of the world’s leading accounting firms, Arthur Anderson and Grant Thornton.
As a senior manager at Grant Thornton, Matt led both PCAOB, private equity, and venture capital engagements and managed key relationships in its portfolio.
He specializes in SEC , and private company audits in the following industries: technology, manufacturing, retail, construction , nonprofit, and transportation.

Bennie Lewis serves as the firm’s President. He specializes in private company audits , PCAOB engagements, and retirement plan audits. He also has experience in internal audits, IPO preparation projects, and SOX engagements.
Bennie is also the firm’s practice leader in nonprofit and single audit services.
Prior to joining Assurance Dimensions in 2009, he worked for one of the world’s largest accounting firms, Grant Thornton, where he worked with audit and consulting teams servicing a wide variety of privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
His industry experience includes private equity, technology, manufacturing, service industries, medical, retail, construction, REALTOR associations, and various nonprofit businesses.

Scott spent over a decade as an assurance principal at The LBA Group, one of the largest firms in Florida. He also served as assurance director at BDO USA LLP, one of the ten largest accounting firms in the world.
Scott specializes in employee benefit plan audits , franchise financial reporting , and assurance work for non-public companies in multiple industries.

Before joining Assurance Dimensions, Julian served as a manager at Marcum LLP, one of the world’s largest accounting firms.
His expertise includes public and private company audits, broker-dealer audits, surprise audits, quality of earnings, and employee benefit plan audits.

In 2023, Maria joined Assurance Dimensions, LLC and is founder and managing member of Outsource Dimensions, LLC.
Maria has 25+years of diverse industry experience. She spent 18 years in a regional public accounting firm providing audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services. The accounting and advisory services include outsource accounting, technical accounting support, evaluating and enhancing the financial reporting processes and controls, as well as ensuring timely reporting.
Her industry expertise encompasses working with Registered Investment Advisors, Funds, Portfolio Companies, Management Companies, General Partner entities, Broker Dealers, Tech (Experienced/Start-Ups), Life Science, Not-For-Profit, Family Office, and Other Operating Companies.
Her operational excellence and strong leadership skills, as well as her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients enhances any team that she is a part of.
Maria graduated from Long Island University/C.W. Post with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Maria holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York since 2003.
